Modern Warfare

After getting way more into movies over the last few years than before, it's been strange actually getting caught up in game after game recently - as you'll read below.

Movies

What movie will be reviewed this Saturday is still up in the air. Plans are afoot to go to the cinema, but it is as yet undecided which movie shall be seen. There's also the option of continuing towards the completion of the MCU with Avengers: Age of Ultron, but I have just seen Inception again recently and really enjoyed it still, so that might get the review treatment. A surprise awaits (for me too)!

Games

And yes, the gaming bug has bitten hard recently. Indiana Jones & The Fate of Atlantis will be reviewed at the start of July, but I've also finished off Papers, Please too - so expect those two in back-to-back weeks. Both are great games for entirely different reasons, with similar graphic styles despite decades separating them.

As the image at the top might indicate, it's not just pixel-art games that I'm playing. That's Call of Duty 4: Modern Warfare and I'm planning on playing that and it's two sequels as the next longer gaming project. I've got other, shorter games lined up to play too, so there will be a break between each entry. There's only so many times a person can take hearing 'Oorah' used so often.

TV

Chernobyl - which is brilliant and should be watched by everyone - is still set to be reviewed this Monday, with Orphan Black season 2 to follow that Friday. I still haven't started the latter, but this weekend should fix that problem easily. Then it will be straight on to season 3 unless Sky Atlantic decides to unleash another gem in that time.
